“I am a lifelong artist, I have practiced ceramic sculpting and painting in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. With some exceptions, paintings on this page have been done in the last twelve months. In some of them I introduce paper and fabric. The paint I employ is acrylic.
The paintings speak for me. I have tried, with mixed results, to explain in words how I do my art, why, and what I’m trying to achieve. I came to the conclusion that the paintings explain better than words what I’m about. They should do this and move you while they’re doing it, which is why I do art to begin with.”
